Vault

The question paper's only home until exam time

What it does

The question paper's only home until exam time

Vault holds finalised question papers in encrypted form, sealed at source and governed by time locks. Papers are unreadable — to anyone, including platform operators — until the commission-approved release window opens.

Capabilities

  • Question papers encrypted the moment they are finalised in Author
  • Time-locked release: content stays sealed until the approved exam window
  • Commission-controlled release approval — the platform cannot release alone
  • Complete custody log: every access attempt, successful or not, is recorded
  • Designed so no complete printed paper ever needs to exist

Why it matters

  • Secure delivery is where the lifecycle is most exposed. Vault replaces the printing press, the transport van, and the strongroom with a sealed digital object governed by time and place, with an audit trail throughout.
  • Every action inside Vault is recorded in the audit chain the commission can inspect.
  • Deployment scope is chosen with the authority — adopt Vault alone or as part of the full lifecycle.

Modules are best judged in sequence. A confidential demonstration, followed by a structured pilot, runs the workflow under your supervision.
