Data on this website

This website can be browsed without creating an account. When you contact us by email or through the pilot enquiry form, we receive the information you choose to send — your name, contact details, and the content of your message — and use it solely to respond and follow up on your enquiry.

We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this site. Basic technical logs (such as IP addresses in server logs) are retained for security and operations and rotated routinely.

Data in the examination platform

The examination platform processes candidate and examination data on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the examination authority that engages us. In the language of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the examination authority is the data fiduciary; ExamProdigy acts as a data processor.

Candidate data is used exclusively for conducting the examination it was collected for. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or any secondary purpose, and it is not shared with third parties except as the examination authority directs or the law requires.

Retention and deletion follow the examination authority's policy. On conclusion or termination of an engagement, examination data is returned to the authority and removed from our systems in accordance with the agreed schedule.

Identity verification

Verification factors used at examination centres are chosen by the examination authority. The platform does not require Aadhaar. Where an authority elects to use any government-issued identifier, it does so under its own legal authority and applicable regulations.

Security

Personal data is protected by layered technical and organisational controls, including encryption, role-based access, and audit logging. Our security posture is described further on the Security page and in our Security Disclosure Policy.
